ALG’OUT is a liquid complex that neutralizes phosphates in freshwater aquariums. ALG’OUT acts as a prophylaxis against the appearance of algae by competing with them. It can be used weekly as a preventive measure.

ALG’OUT does not contain herbicides, pesticides or antibiotics, it is totally harmless for the inhabitants of the tank (fish, invertebrates, bacteria and plants).

Algae are perceived as a real nuisance by many aquarists, yet they are naturally present in freshwater aquariums as in all natural aquatic environments.

Algae appreciate imbalances, too much light or not enough, rise in temperature of the tank, addition of new fish or plants, cleaning of the filtration, etc. There are many development opportunities…

Wanting to eradicate them with a lot of chemical treatments such as herbicides or pesticides (Monolinuron for example) or worse by using antibiotics (against cyanobacteria). It also kills all beneficial microorganisms in your aquarium. And strongly unbalance your tank in the long term. And therefore ultimately promote the return of algae.

Rather than wanting to annihilate them, endless act… It is better to try to tame them and limit their presence.
