Aquatic Farmer Purity – Regenerative Aquarium Filter Media

Aquatic Farmer Purity is a reusable filter media designed to remove soluble and insoluble organic contaminants from aquarium water. It helps control the buildup of ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate caused by waste from fish, corals, plants, uneaten food, and other organic matter.

Purity gradually darkens as it absorbs waste, making it easier to determine when regeneration is required.

How to Use

Place the required amount of Purity inside a fine filter media bag, then position it in an area of strong water flow within your aquarium filter.

Replace or regenerate the media when it becomes noticeably darker.

Regeneration Instructions

1. Soak the used media in a 50:50 solution of unscented bleach and water for 24 hours.
2. Rinse the media thoroughly with clean water.
3. Soak it in water containing 5 ml of water conditioner for 8 hours to neutralise any residual chlorine.
4. Rinse again before returning it to the aquarium filter.

Important: Use only unscented bleach and ensure the media is fully dechlorinated before reuse.
