Improve aquarium water clarity with EHEIM SYNTH, a fine-fibre mechanical filter medium designed to capture the smallest suspended dirt particles that can make aquarium water appear cloudy or turbid.

Use EHEIM SYNTH as the final filtration layer before clean water returns to the aquarium. Its fine fibres provide a polishing stage that removes particles missed by coarser filter media. Suitable for both freshwater and marine aquariums.

How to Use

1. Cut or separate the required amount of filter wadding.
2. Place it as the final filter layer, after the other mechanical and biological media.
3. Use only a thin layer, with a maximum thickness of approximately 10mm.
4. Replace when the material becomes dirty or restricts water flow.
5. Insert a fresh layer after completing aquarium medication treatment.

Important Notes

EHEIM SYNTH is intended for fine mechanical filtration and does not replace biological or chemical filter media. Do not pack the wadding too tightly, as this may reduce water flow. Replace rather than wash when heavily soiled for optimum filtration performance.
