Estimated Usage Duration

The estimates below are based on approximately 1 bubble per second for 6–7 hours daily:

• 0.6–0.9 L: approximately 3–4 weeks
• 1.0–1.5 L: approximately 4–6 weeks
• 2.0–2.5 L: approximately 8–10 weeks
• 2.6–3.0 L: approximately 10–12 weeks
• 3.4–4.0 L: approximately 12–16 weeks
• 5.0 L: approximately 18–20 weeks

Actual usage duration may vary depending on bubble rate, operating hours, aquarium size, equipment condition and possible leakage.

Important Refill Information

Our on-site service fills cylinders with gaseous CO₂ at up to approximately 1,000 psi, according to the cylinder’s internal volume. Cylinders are not filled by weight.

On-site gaseous refills may not achieve the same fill level or usage duration as industrial liquid CO₂ refills performed at a stationary facility. Customers requiring a longer-lasting industrial refill may contact us before ordering.
